Are-U-Ready Shooting Shirt for IPSC Competition
The roll of the shooting shirt has developed over a number of years. First designed as a means of identifying your club, team or country, developments in the material shirts can be constructed from has lead to garments that can help assist keeping your body temperature under control during strenuous physical activity in a warm climate. Developments in the material used for the clothing of high performance athletes are now also being used in the construction of shirts used by IPSC competitors.
Shooting Shirt
Another area in the development of the shooting shirt has been in how the designs and patterns are applied to the garment. Traditionally embroidery was ( and still is ) used and this developed into patterns and words being applied with the combination of inks and heat, but this had the affect of stiffening the material coated by this process.Developments in the printing processes and inks used have lead to patterns being applied to your shirt of photographic quality, which do not affect the feel and texture of the material. One company using these production methods is Are-U-Ready, which is headed up by Michaela Jakob, the wife of Herbert Jakob who organises the annual SVI Infinity European Open IPSC competition. For those of you who have participated in this match, you will know that it is one of the top competitions in the European IPSC competition circuit.

Cool Plus Material
Cool Plus material keeps you cool and dry during strenuous activity to enable you to produce a better performance in sports events. This moisture wicking material is breathable, comfortable, fast drying and easy to care for.Due to the capillary construction of the material moisture is transported away from the skin. The special fiber cross section has an enlarged fiber surface, which in turn encourages the quick evaporation of moisture on the fabric surface. The skin will be drier and cooler for longer periods and the fabric does not stick to the body. This makes it an ideal material for strenuous activities in warm conditions.

Printing Processes
The printing of textile fabrics is more complex than printing on paper, as the different material (such as cotton or polyester) calls for special colors and forms of treatment. Furthermore the total penetration of the colouring process completely through the material is also a challenge. The cover for your pistol can be produced with the actual model of pistol that you are using.
Sublimation Printing Processes
The sublimation is a relatively new printing process in which the ink is evaporated into the material (sublimated). For this a special ink is used. First, a special film is printed with the sublimation ink and then transferred by using both pressure and heat to the material. The benefits of the sublimation process above all that different materials can be printed in photographic quality. Moreover, the process is very resistant to UV radiation and other environmental influences. Previous printing processes using the transfer of an ink or paint would leave the material that was coated with a stiff or hard texture. After transferring the pattern to the print material by the sublimation process, the texture of the material does not feel any different.
