The Brownells Signature Series Range Bag is a versatile two bags in one carrier system featuring an outer bag with large exterior pockets and an inner open bag with adjustable dividers, padded pistol inserts and magazine pouches. Brownells took the suggestions their customers had given them and those of competitive shooters on the IPSC match circuit to come up with their Signature Series range bag.

The Brownells Signature Series Range Bag ( stock number 084-000-118WB ) is a versatile two bags in one carrier system featuring an outer bag with large exterior pockets and an inner open bag with adjustable dividers, padded pistol inserts and magazine pouches. Brownells took the suggestions their customers had given them and those of competitive shooters on the IPSC match circuit to come up with their Signature Series range bag. In designing this bag there were a collection of prototypes manufactured before the final design was settled on.
The Signature Series range bag is designed to carry all your range associated equipment. Made of moisture resistant 1000 Denier Cordura nylon in a dark brown finish, the bag has external dimensions of 23” long, 11.5” wide and 12” high. Starting with the outside there are two large square pockets at either end; the right hand of which has an ID card slot. On the front is a zippered, main pocket: 17" long, 2½" wide, 10" high. The back has a large rectangle pocket which you could place cleaning equipment, box of spare parts and a range of other equipment. I stored a set on knee pads in this pocket.

The main flap is a dual zipper flap which lets you open it up quickly and get at your gear. On the inside of this flap there is a full length zippered pocket. On the outside are two durable nylon carrying handles with Velcro closure and all the zips are quality YKK zippers. The main compartment is 10” x 9” x 18” long. The bottom panel is composed of two corrugated plastic sheets, which allow you to carry a heavy load.
The adjustable shoulder strap is made of 1½" wide nylon webbing and includes a comfortable pad lined with non slip suede leather. Quick detachable brass plated D-ring swivel clips allow shoulder strap to be interchanged between the inner and outer bags.

There is an interior bag, which fits into the centre of the main bag. There are two padded pistol inserts running the length on each side of the interior bag will easily hold an Open Division pistol. The two padded pistol inserts have soft wool like lining, with Velcro closure straps. This inner bag has a tan finish and can carry additional pistols, but can also carry ammunition, cleaning equipment and spare parts and whatever else you need to bring to a match. The inner bag has adjustable plastic dividers with Velcro edges to allow you to customise three storage areas.
The inner bag provides safe storage for your match pistols when you want to remove them from your holster and there are six individual magazine storage compartments. The inner bag has a vinyl lining for water resistance. If you want to carry a lot of gear then you can use the bags separately to provide you with nearly twice the storage capacity. The corrugated bottom panels in both bags allow you to carry heavy loads of ammunition, pistols and other shooting accessories, with padded end panels for extra protection of the inner bag contents.

This is a large, roomy bag and although it is designed to carry two pistols it can be packed with several handguns. There is a lot of room for additional range accessories and ammunition. The additional exterior pockets are good for holding your eye and ear protection equipment. The interior and exterior pockets can also hold your holster and belt rig, documentation, money, car keys, cell phones and other accoutrements necessary to participate in a competition or for a day at the range.
